So 4 trips downstairs multiple calls to front desk and around 6 o’clock. I don’t know if the nugget does not train for customer service but I have never been treated so badly in a hotel. Went downstairs to tell the front desk in the process I realized they had turned off our keys. One young guy yelled at my husband, after my husband said “thank God, my wife wasn’t taking a shower or a bath I guess you would just walk right in.” We welcome children with adult supervision to the hotel, restaurants and other amenities such as the H2O Pool.
